Responsibilities

  • Focus on lead qualification and closure for successful sales to Tier 2 customers
  • Sell a subset of Infobip products/services directly or via partners to SMB clients in the designated area
  • Involve specialists as needed for particular sales aspects
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of value propositions
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
  • Maintain client relationships by collaborating with Mid-Market Account Managers to sell and ensure account health
  • Cross-sell for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiations) as required
  • Proactively recommend solutions to clients and work with internal stakeholders to acquire new business and logos
  • Keep CRM system up to date with progress on prospects and clients
