Responsibilities

  • Validate that buy/sell operations of securities and subscription/redemption of own shares reported by investment funds are correctly and completely integrated into the system by monitoring the timely receipt of operation layouts, to ensure 100% information and avoid errors in NAV determination and calculation
  • Validate that expenses and payments reported by investment funds are correctly and completely integrated into the system by monitoring the timely receipt of expense and payment layouts, to ensure 100% information and avoid errors in NAV determination and calculation
  • Validate the correct integration and calculation of corporate rights and registration of issuers by monitoring their application and recording, to avoid errors in NAV determination and calculation
  • Execute NAV calculation processes, accounting, and generation of information for regulatory and customized reporting
  • Prepare peripheral validation files and notify the team manager in case of detecting any difference or discrepancy
  • Generate daily reconciliations of securities position and cash at day-end versus custodian and/or Indeval account statements, to avoid errors in NAV determination and calculation
