Requirements

  • Expertise in establishing the strategic framework for POs in Real-Time Payments to define initiatives aligned with portfolio vision, business objectives, market positioning, priorities, and OKR fulfillment
  • Proficiency in supervising, challenging, and validating PO-proposed initiatives for transversal consistency, focus, and viability
  • Experience accompanying POs as a strategic leader, facilitating decision-making, removing structural blockages, and connecting with key stakeholders
  • Competence in defining strategic objectives to guide PO prioritization, ensuring alignment with portfolio vision and key business focuses (e.g., monetization, efficiency, linkage, scaling)
  • Strong communication skills to clearly, timely, and continuously convey program OKRs to POs, managers, and key stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business OKRs into actionable language for teams and reinforce their relevance in key forums (plannings, QBRs, committees)
  • Capacity to provide constant visibility on progress and impact of results to Domain Direction

Responsibilities

  • Communicate program OKRs clearly, timely, and continuously to POs, managers, and stakeholders, ensuring understanding of focus, expected results, and roles
  • Translate business OKRs into actionable language for teams and reinforce relevance in key forums (plannings, QBRs, committees)
  • Provide constant visibility on progress and impact to Domain Direction
