Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end payments strategy and execution across platform partnerships, clearing & settlement, reconciliation, risk & compliance, funds flow/ledger, and cost optimization
- Aligning payment platform capabilities with restaurant POS needs
- Driving reliable money movement
- Delivering measurable improvements in authorization, transparency, and unit economics
- Payment platform collaboration and integrations to power reliable, scalable payment experience
- Define payout and settlement standards and drive clear, merchant-facing transparency
- Empowering reconciliation to support accurate closes and audits
- Establishing a risk and compliance framework (incl. PCI/EMV baselines) to reduce exposure
- Building a high-integrity funds and ledger foundation for splits, balances, fees, and reporting
- Improving auth rates and lowering blended costs via policy and routing strategies
