  • High accuracy (90% or higher) in SKU attribute decisions and data compilation

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with Buyers, MA team, and cross-functional business partners
  • Attend team and cross-functional meetings, prepare documentation and reports, share insights, provide updates, capture notes, actions, and manage next steps
  • Act as project manager for Supplier, SKU, and PO creation/maintenance processes, including workflow submissions and follow-ups
  • For Suppliers: Act as liaison with Data Management, Suppliers, Private Brands, and THT; vet paperwork; proactively communicate updates
  • For SKUs: Follow up on line reviews and seasonal buys; communicate with suppliers for product info, pricing, etc.; compile data, decide on attributes; partner with teams for prioritization
  • For POs: Create accurate and timely purchase orders; follow up on late orders and shipments; handle modifications (delivery extensions, cancellations, cost/retail changes); manage sample and ticket processes
  • Manage VMR samples: Collect, review, proof samples; handle rejected samples; initiate ticket requests, verify scans, validate SKU info
  • Manage marketing projection tool (DemandTec): Partner with Buyers and Suppliers for pricing, deals, projections, etc.; maintain tracking documents for financial roll-ups
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests; partner with suppliers, Private Brands, Global Sourcing; provide compensation via Gift Card Program; track customer information in a database
