  • Ability to monitor food/merchandise quality, ensure product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, merchandising categories, stocking/zoning/cleaning departments
  • Capability to oversee picking/staging of club pick-up orders per company policies
  • Skills in developing/communicating/implementing processes by collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements

Responsibilities

  • Receive/stock supplies/merchandise from distribution centers/vendors, organize/maintain sales floor using equipment, complete paperwork/logs/documentation per policies
  • Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift/hazardous materials procedures, steel standards, correcting/reporting unsafe situations
  • Ensure sales floor/merchandise presentation by handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/arranging/organizing, setting up/cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise
  • Monitor food/merchandise quality by ensuring rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation; merchandise categories; stock/zone/clean departments
