Responsibilities

The Mentor will serve as an inspirational role model, helping students contextualize course content to their work and personal lives and connect where they are now to where they want to be in their careers and lives. They will provide hands-on guidance through a project-based curriculum and 1-1 sessions, facilitating the development of effective decision-making and communication skills. Mentors will also support students outside of scheduled calls as needed, assisting with learning and career objectives, and contribute to the overall success of the program.
