This is a fully remote position supporting clients ages 13+ in Arizona and New Mexico.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered independent MI State License as one of the following:
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Must be licensed in Arizona and/or New Mexico.
    • Willingness to obtain additional state licensure is required.
  • Education: Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University.
  • Skills:
    • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills.
    • Proficiency in evidence-based methodologies including, but not limited to, motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
    • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills.
    • Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health.
    • Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
  • Billing Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families ages 13+.
  • Utilize evidence-based care and assessment/treatment planning tools to support continuity of care for patients.
  • Practice at the top of your license with the support of a clinical care team.
  • Reach patients within their communities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40
  • Time Type: Full-time
  • Pay Range: $26.01 - $62.32 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary. The actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, education, and geography.
  • Incentives: This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay.
