  • Managing and organizing the work of the Specialists Team in the area of retail products
  • Ensuring the highest quality of customer service and building relationships with them

  • Ensuring compliance with assigned procedures and operational standards
  • Building a risk culture and responsibility for risk in the Team
  • Developing employees in the Team, including improving competencies and onboarding new hires
  • Educating employees on using new Digital technologies and promoting active use of new technologies from the Bank's retail offer
  • Managing the implementation of the Team's business plans in all areas
  • Collaborating with other bank units to achieve strategic goals
  • Seeking sources for acquiring new clients through cooperation with other channels/internal units/external clients
