Membership Sales Representative (Dallas/ Fort Worth, TX)

Position Overview

• Salary: $16 - $20 per hour (plus commission)

Membership Sales Representatives are responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with corporations, non-profits, and community organizations. Partners of BJ’s are able to offer a discounted BJ’s membership to their employees/community at no cost to their organization. This remote position will be responsible for meeting and exceeding goals for new membership enrollments, which are achieved through building strong partnerships. Superb relationship building and ‘closing’ skills are crucial to success. Membership Sales Representatives must adhere to BJ’s code of conduct and sales policies.

Requirements

• Must be an organized self-starter and self-motivator.
• Self-motivated.
• Strong B2B communication experience.
• Excellent time management skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Approximately 25% travel.
• Prospecting sales experience in a customer-service oriented business preferred.
• Strong closing and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage partnerships with corporations, non-profits, and community organizations.
• Build strong relationships with potential partners.
• Meet and exceed goals for new membership enrollments.

• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $16 - $20 per hour
