Responsibilities

  • Help scale the Workplace product, used by tens of thousands of people every day
  • Design core frontend and backend software components that support the Workplace product
  • Drive ambitious system design and architecture
  • Drive engineering projects to completion while advocating for quality and holding ambitious product goals
  • Be an advocate for the end-user, whether they are an Envoy customer or external developer
  • Lead major product features
  • Design systems
  • Mentor other engineers
  • Drive the end-to-end Product Engineering process: problem definition, solution exploration, system design, code execution, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
  • Enable others on the team to improve “Product Velocity” by creating clean abstractions and systems
