Responsibilities

Help scale the Workplace product, used by tens of thousands of people every day
Design core frontend and backend software components that support the Workplace product
Drive ambitious system design and architecture
Drive engineering projects to completion while advocating for quality and holding ambitious product goals
Be an advocate for the end-user, whether they are an Envoy customer or external developer
Lead major product features
Design systems
Mentor other engineers
Drive the end-to-end Product Engineering process: problem definition, solution exploration, system design, code execution, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
Enable others on the team to improve “Product Velocity” by creating clean abstractions and systems
