Requirements
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience or coding experience
- BS / MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Comfortable and energized operating in a fast moving organization

Responsibilities
- Help scale the Workplace product, used by tens of thousands of people every day
- Design core frontend and backend software components that support the Workplace product
- Drive ambitious system design and architecture
- Drive engineering projects to completion while advocating for quality and holding ambitious product goals
- Be an advocate for the end-user, whether they are an Envoy customer or external developer
- Lead major product features
- Design systems
- Mentor other engineers
- Drive the end-to-end Product Engineering process: problem definition, solution exploration, system design, code execution, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
- Enable others on the team to improve “Product Velocity” by creating clean abstractions and systems
