Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area, including parking lot cleanliness
- Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members about delays, informing about unavailable products, offering alternatives, selecting/packaging products per policy, dispensing items, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandise handling procedures, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations
- Acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions, process purchases and payments per policy, use cash registers, locate/organize merchandise, zone areas, resolve issues, promote products/services
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, assist members with transporting items, utilize cart retrieval equipment per policy
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborate with others, identify priorities/deadlines, carry out tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change/feedback
