Requirements

Follow directives from the RAS (Responsable Asistencial) and internal protocols and instructions
Evaluate patients' clinical situations, plan treatments, and monitor clinical evolution, preparing corresponding clinical situation reports
Admit new patients and, if necessary, transfer them to other therapeutic units
Comply with all applicable procedures and regulations
Attend training courses established by the company

Responsibilities

Implement company policies and guidelines on care and monitor clinical reference indicators
Prescribe the most appropriate renal replacement therapy modality for each patient
Register prescriptions, treatments, and other parameters in established clinical information systems
Complete documentary requirements for patients' medical records
Prepare, analyze, and monitor indicators according to care quality standards
Participate in quality meetings and reviews of care indicators convened by the RAS
Collaborate in the development and implementation of the company's care policy
Participate in analysis and research tasks organized by the company for the unit
Provide clinical information and health advice to patients and families
Elaborate clinical situation reports for patients
