Requirements

Candidates should possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, along with a strong understanding of immunology and dermatology. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a related scientific role is required, demonstrating expertise in scientific communication and medical affairs. Candidates must be licensed to practice medicine in Ontario, Canada, and possess excellent knowledge of Canadian healthcare regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

The Medical Science Liaison will serve as a scientific resource for Canadian experts in dermatology, responding to requests for in-depth scientific information and providing updates on Lilly’s pipeline research activities. They will also develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with the scientific community, facilitating scientific exchange between the academic and Lilly communities, and gathering feedback from scientific experts to inform Lilly’s research strategy. The MSL will ensure all activities comply with relevant guidelines and regulations, and represent Lilly to healthcare professionals.
