  • Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Google Sheets)
  • Experience creating pivot tables, VLookUps and advanced functions and techniques for working with simple data sets
  • Familiarity with macros
  • Detail oriented, ability to juggle competing priorities and always follow through
  • A self-starter and driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Curiosity and desire to learn
  • Bonus: experience with writing Macros and Python coding

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Tatari’s proprietary backend media operations systems
  • Work with the Revenue team and ensure all day-to-day operational tasks are completed correctly and timely, including:
  • Working with vendors to ensure proper execution of creative deliveries
  • Working with network partners to receive weekly airing information
  • Ensuring that all information are accurate in Tatari’s proprietary backend system
  • Work on ad hoc requests from the Revenue and Platform teams, including:
  • Network S&P approval process and communication
  • Handling data ingestion errors
  • Maintaining Inventory Catalog
  • Identify and implement process improvements including automation of tasks
