Requirements

Minimum of General Education (8 years), with good technical skills
Good technical skills
Experience in a manufacturing, production environment (machinery, machine manufacturing, maintenance, automotive repair, or similar) is a plus
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with work safety regulations and quality assurance standards
Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts, with potential shift changes throughout the year based on production needs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain automated manufacturing lines
Troubleshoot, repair, and document mechanical issues
Perform scheduled downtime and maintenance, including replacing machine components and managing material supplies
Maintain a clean and organized production environment
Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments
Track and document events during shifts
