Candidates must possess any graduation degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Reporting & Governance, specifically in Reporting Analytics. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel formulas, VBA, and MS Access skills, is required. Experience in automation projects and creating reports using PowerBI is also necessary. Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and collaboration skills are essential, along with adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

The Measurement & Report Analyst will be responsible for deploying and delivering robust tracking mechanisms for SLAs/KPIs, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving automation and analytics. This role involves assessing, managing, improving, monitoring, and maintaining organizational information. Key duties include preparing recurring and ad-hoc management reports and analysis, identifying trends and anomalies in data, providing insights to stakeholders, and automating reports to reduce manual efforts. The analyst will also create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time.
