Requirements

Candidates must possess any graduation degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Reporting & Governance, specifically in Reporting Analytics. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel formulas, VBA, and MS Access skills, is required. Experience with PowerBI and automation projects is also necessary, along with strong communication, organization, facilitation, and collaboration skills. Adaptability and the ability to work in a matrixed organization are essential.

Responsibilities

The Measurement & Report Analyst will prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time. They will also deliver ad hoc reports, identify trends and anomalies in data, and provide insights to stakeholders. A key responsibility includes automating reports to minimize manual effort and improve efficiency.
