Completed MBO-4 nursing education
Valid BIG registration
Availability of 28-32 hours per week
Passion for uncovering care needs and providing nursing care to clients
Involvement in thinking about the development and design of professionally organized teams
Knowledge of nursing care questions and problems, relevant laws and regulations, and the healthcare sector in general
A positive attitude and collaborative approach to be an asset to the team and receive and give feedback
Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with clients and contribute to their care plans
