Description: Think Academy US is seeking a Math Content Creator to produce engaging street interview videos for elementary students on TikTok. This is a fully remote position where you’ll film locally and collaborate virtually with our team. It’s perfect for math majors or enthusiasts who enjoy creative storytelling and working with kids. No prior experience is required – you’ll receive virtual coaching from our team who have produced multiple viral TikTok hits (1M+ views).

Responsibilities

• Filming fun, educational street interviews near schools/public spaces in your local area.
• Helping students solve math problems with clear, friendly explanations in English.
• Delivering 8 high-quality video clips weekly (varying lengths/difficulty levels).
• Following provided shooting scripts while adding creative flair.
• Participating in weekly virtual sessions to analyze performance and optimize content.

Qualifications

• Strong Math Skills: Ability to solve US elementary-level math problems.
• On-Camera Presence: Engaging and comfortable interacting with kids.
• TikTok-Native: Understanding of trends, hooks, and viral formats.
• Location: Based in California with the ability to film in local public spaces.
• Self-Motivated: Reliable remote communication skills and self-direction.
• Prior Experience (Plus): Content creation experience is a plus.
• Equipment: Access to a smartphone (minimum) or professional shooting equipment (branded microphone will be provided).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Rate: $15/video
• Viral Incentives:
  • +$5 for 100k+ views in 2 weeks
  • +$5 for 500k+ views in 1 month
  • +$10 for 1M+ views in 1 month
