Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in ERP systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

The Materials Production Scheduler will manage the monthly master schedule, ensuring a smooth flow of supply to global distribution centers by coordinating with Demand Managers, Production Control Analysts, and Central Material Analysts. They will work with Global Product Marketing and Teams to determine the proper product mix, material planning support for new product introductions, and achievable product phase-out plans. The Scheduler will also liaise with various teams including Global Materials Organisation, Global Demand Planning, Regional Customer Care, Transportation & Logistics, and AP Plant Production Control Analysts to balance plant load, manage capacity, develop and provide a monthly updated Supply Plan, and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the master schedules while managing planning parameters and considering the impact on plant financials.
