Responsibilities

Provide direction to others and represent as a leader
Operate as Manager when Manager is off floor or not in building
Demonstrate expert understanding of all material handling roles
Complete understanding of all other departments and how to interact with them
Active communication with employees and upper management
Locate product, complete cycle counts, and make transactions to ensure inventory and financial accuracy
Work directly with project management and coordinators to expedite customer requests
Complete and close jobs (gatekeeper), put items into inventory, assign locations, manage inventory transfers, etc
Organize, plan, provide tools and information to prepare shipments for unloading or transit
Inspect inbound or outbound goods, confirm paperwork matches actuals, address discrepancies or damage
Work independently while managing multiple priorities
Complete cycle counts upon request and provide results to lead or area manager
Validate BOM’s for accuracy and correct through the CSF process
Determine method, location, and area of storage and provide data for inventory transactions
Show proficiency and accuracy in completing picking and bin-to-bin transfers in the ERP system
Be responsible for specific tasks or roles as assigned (e.g., Receiving/Shipping clerk)
Operate all lift equipment (may be limited to lower rack heights or weights)
Scan QR and bar codes and complete basic pick transactions
