Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good written and oral communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
Proactive approach and ability to take ownership for all activities related to the success of the Focus Factory
Work safely at all times and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
Computer experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn Plexus Data Collection and MRP/ERP systems
Travel less than 40%

Responsibilities

In collaboration with Program Management, analyze Customer demand to enable effective inventory management, production scheduling, customer satisfaction, and procurement decisions
Create and analyze what-if scenarios to simulate the impact to Plexus based on various demand changes and unified plan
Create and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) and generate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and proactively mitigate potential disruptions to production efficiency and customer satisfaction
Highlight and escalate any area of the business which may impact Customer Service Excellence with regard to product delivery
Resolve a wide range of challenges with minimal instruction
