Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good written and oral communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to take a proactive approach and take ownership for all activities related to the success of the Focus Factory
  • Work safely at all times and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
  • Computer experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn Plexus Data Collection and MRP/ERP systems
  • Experience with general office equipment and materials

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with Program Management, analyze Customer demand to enable effective inventory management, production scheduling, customer satisfaction, and procurement decisions
  • Create and analyze what-if scenarios to simulate the impact to Plexus based on various demand changes and unified plan
  • Create and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) and generate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and proactively mitigate potential disruptions to production efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Highlight and escalate any area of the business which may impact Customer Service Excellence with regard to product delivery
  • Resolve challenges through standard policies and procedures with general guidance
