Requirements

Minimum 2 years Supervisory/Team leadership experience in managing, coaching and mentoring individuals in a deadline driven environment
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience in manufacturing environment, including materials, bills of material, routings/standards and ERP/MRP systems (SAP/MDG)
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects/assignments
Experience in facilitation and Kaizen execution
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint
Ability to travel – On occasion, (<10%) regionally and/or internationally

Responsibilities

Manage, coach and mentor the Global Master Data team
Deploy master data management strategy globally
Design, develop, implement and manage standard work/templates/training instructions to ensure global consistency
Generate detailed extraction, cleansing and reporting designs necessary to satisfy requirements including KPIs for data accuracy, speed and accountability to drive continuous improvement globally
Work with the other various business functions to take responsibility for maintaining master data, which is within that individual’s span of control and in alignment with overall Master Data standards and guidelines
Identify and correct potential situations that may impede the successful maintenance of the service level agreement for the processing of data, to address the business needs of the organization
Arrange and lead any Kaizens or events necessary to further improve the Master Data processes
Manage the global master data processes in SAP and ensure the value of master data is maintained by enforcing Policy and Procedures
Manage & direct the Master Data teams
Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness & management of master data collection
Comply with business standards and procedures, as adopted by the company as well as continuously improving data standards, repositories and processes that include original input, change functions, auditing and cleaning
