Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled content generation and personalization
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable success metrics
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver MVPs evolving into scalable solutions
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through experimentation, pilot, and scaled adoption
  • Understand how AI capabilities enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with MarTech, marketers, and marketing operations to integrate AI into workflows and data environments
  • Evaluate new tools and frameworks for AI value in marketing use cases (creative optimization, dynamic personalization, campaign insights)
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams, experience designers, and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate prioritization, feedback loops, and communication to drive adoption and results
  • Launch pilot programs, collect user feedback, and refine features based on performance data
  • Define and track KPIs demonstrating ROI and value from AI capabilities
  • Stay current on AI advancements, MarTech trends, and customer engagement strategies
  • Advocate for scalable solutions
