Requirements

  • Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written)
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally with a focus on digital or e-commerce
  • Strong knowledge of digital media tools, platforms and social networks
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive working style
  • Understanding of international environments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with email marketing tools (advantage)
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as SFCC (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in implementing product launches, communication plans and operational marketing activities
  • Develop the local e-commerce business in alignment with global brand strategy
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns for the Performance division (Football & Running)
  • Maintain and manage social media channels for the Polish market
  • Plan and execute influencer and KOL campaigns, including product seeding
  • Coordinate digital and banner campaigns across wholesale partners
  • Track, support and report on regional digital marketing initiatives
  • Prepare, translate, format and edit marketing documents and presentations
  • Create and interpret monthly and quarterly marketing reports
  • Collaborate daily with local and global teams to ensure consistent execution
