Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Adapt global brand narratives and visual guidelines to the Korean consumer context
  • Lead the creation of local marketing assets (e.g., key visuals, banners, social content, PDP assets)
  • Work closely with creative and production agencies to deliver consistent, high-quality output
  • Deploy content across owned social channels, influencer collaborations, retail PDPs, and paid media placements
  • Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships for product awareness and launch amplification
  • Adapt global assets into platform-optimized formats, or create new localized content when needed
  • Recommend new content directions based on current social and digital cultural trends
  • Plan and execute Korea-specific promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, or collaboration projects
  • Create and adapt promotional messaging, call-to-action assets, and localized campaign copy
  • Coordinate agency briefs, production timelines, and campaign rollout schedules
  • Support the creation and deployment of in-store POP, displays, demo setups, and signage
  • Work with Sales teams to ensure channel execution for launches and promotions
  • Conduct periodic checks to ensure brand consistency across retail environments
  • Manage POs, vendor coordination, and internal documentation to ensure smooth execution
  • Localize and produce creative assets for product launches, promotional activities, and brand campaigns
  • Manage digital and social content execution including influencer content delivery
  • Support launch and promotional activation across retail channels
  • Maintain clear timelines, documentation, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders
