Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • Preferred: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • Preferred: Strong experience and understanding of Planning, Corporate Finances, Business Acumen

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial tracking, revenue and expense recognition, pipeline management, and reporting at the market level, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to margin guidelines
  • Deploy and execute regional strategies locally within assigned sub-regions in alignment with LAC guidelines
  • Lead and coordinate weekly pipeline meetings and consolidate market-level pipeline data for HUB reporting
  • Ensure consistent and effective use of governance for accurate, compliant data management
  • Maintain compliance of all contracts, approvals, and operational activities with local legal requirements and Visa key controls and brand standards
  • Provide early visibility into local performance, opportunities, and risks, enabling timely mitigation and informed decision-making
  • Coordinate project estimating processes and manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and planned vs. actual performance tracking
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to advance key initiatives, facilitate communications, share best practices, and promote global initiatives
  • Provide training enablement by rolling out provided training sessions and adapting them to local needs, share market learnings and best practices for regional alignment
  • Create exposure opportunities to showcase LAC Marketing Services work internally
  • Support the markets in the execution of the Visa Marketing Services Model, including existing and new clients and/or contracts/RFPS
  • Integrate Visa Sponsorships (i.e. FIFA World Cup, Olympics and NFL) & Partnerships assets among LAC Clients and Consumers to drive scale
  • Act as key liaison with multifunctional partners including Finance and Controllership to provide continuous guidance and direction to the Marketing Services function
  • Foster an inclusive, engaged Marketing Services community through learning, development, and collaboration
