Requirements

  • 4-6 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS, with proven track record of optimizing marketing systems at scale
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with tactical execution
  • Self-starter with high ownership mentality and ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure that provides clear, actionable insights for marketing decision-making
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies across marketing operations, implementing solutions that improve team workflow and system performance
  • Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing data to identify trends, surface insights, and recommend improvements
  • Monitor and report on ad spend performance across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc) to provide transparency on campaign efficiency and ROI
  • Support campaign testing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing in partnership with growth and product teams
  • Manage tracking infrastructure (tags, pixels, attribution) to ensure accurate measurement of marketing activities
  • Closely collaborate with revenue ops to optimize tech stack and data infrastructure
  • Refine and optimize attribution models to accurately track customer journey touchpoints and improve measurement of marketing impact on pipeline
  • Partner with revenue operations and finance on reporting standards and revenue data integrity
  • Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and governance across all marketing systems to support reliable reporting
  • Maintain documentation of processes, data definitions, and workflows to ensure team alignment and efficient onboarding
  • Provide technical support and training to marketing team on systems, workflows, and best practices
