Candidates should possess native-level fluency in German and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), along with 3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, including proven success in managing webinars or virtual events. A solid understanding of European B2B marketing, particularly in the DACH region, and experience with tools such as ON24, Zoom, GoToWebinar, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is required.
The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize localized webinars across key European markets: UK, France, Nordics, and DACH, collaborating with sales, product, and content teams to identify relevant topics and speakers. They will manage all logistics, platforms, timelines, and communications for webinars, develop and execute webinar promotion strategies, track performance, and deliver actionable insights. Furthermore, the Marketing Manager will lead localization efforts for the DACH market, adapting content and campaigns, and creating new, market-specific materials, supporting execution of integrated marketing campaigns, and partnering with central marketing and regional sales teams to align messaging and strategy.
