Responsibilities

  • Design and execute Marketing Strategy across the APAC region, aligning to the overarching International Marketing Strategy
  • Handle Product Management for Capital and Service: Ensure clinical messaging is fit for purpose, updated in materials, and integrated into medical education and events; ensure clear clinical messaging for stakeholders; work with KOLs to review clinical messaging strategies; collaborate with clinical team on medical/scientific aspects and customer-aligned product positioning; provide training/educational materials to internal teams and external providers; work with sales team on clinical marketing/sales collateral
  • Handle Product Management for Utilisation and Disposables: Monitor and report program effectiveness, identify best practices, and generate strategies to enhance product adoption in Aquablation accounts; build relationships across sales, marketing, clinical, global commercial learning & development, legal, and regulatory teams; create clinical-focused marketing materials (brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations)
  • Manage Education and Customer Engagement Events: Support peer-to-peer educational programs and trade shows to educate urologists on Aquablation therapy; collaborate cross-functionally and with KOLs to create, schedule, and execute medical education programs (primary focus UK); own events calendar and execute responsively to commercial needs; handle all logistics for medical education and trade show programs
