Responsibilities

  • Lead the RLC post-sale dealer/distributor business (parts, accessories, services)
  • Manage end-to-end P&L (Revenue and EBIT) for the channel
  • Develop and execute 4P strategy (Product, Pricing, Promotion, Placement) for the channel
  • Lead marketing initiatives
  • Work with channel partners to execute financial plans and drive profitable growth
  • Deliver best-in-class post-sale customer experience
  • Oversee product development and support for dealer and distributor channels
  • Shape strategies to enhance the customer journey at every touchpoint
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize product offerings
  • Ensure effective collaboration across teams
  • Focus on innovation and operational excellence
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing programs
