Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or commercial roles within the diagnostics, life sciences, or healthcare industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of in-vitro diagnostics market dynamics, preferably in CC/IA, Automation and/or Hematology
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions
  • Track record of driving results through collaboration with commercial organizations
  • Fluency in German and English required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop Team: Manage, coach, and grow two Marketing Product Managers (CC/IA and Hematology), ensuring effective execution of strategies and talent development
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and value propositions for the CC/IA and Hematology portfolios across the cluster
  • Market & Customer Insights: Translate customer needs, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics into actionable marketing plans and campaigns
  • Commercial Enablement: Partner with Sales and Service leadership to provide impactful tools, training, and messaging that support funnel growth and win rate improvement
  • Portfolio Management: Collaborate with Regional and Global Marketing to influence product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with Clinical, Service, Finance, and Regulatory functions to ensure compliant and customer-centric execution
  • Performance Management: Track, measure, and report marketing initiatives’ impact on revenue, market share, and installed base growth
