Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, 4+ years of marketing experience with prior managerial experience, food and beverage industry experience ideally in Italian cuisine, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, problem-solving and business management skills, knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture, food industry contacts, and fluency in Italian highly preferred.
The Marketing Manager manages the in-store Marketing team, including hiring, assigning, scheduling, training, motivating, submitting payroll, and evaluating.
Strong candidates will have food and beverage industry experience ideally in Italian cuisine, knowledge of Italian culture with fluency in Italian highly preferred, food industry contacts, and prior managerial experience in marketing.
