Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and ship on-brand content across channels: social media, blog, exec comms, email, web, press-related materials, and more
  • Translate complex ideas in Physical AI and general-purpose robots into clear, audience-specific stories and announcements
  • Maintain a channel-specific voice/tone guide; ensure every touchpoint sounds unmistakably “Sanctuary AI.”
  • Build and manage a rolling editorial calendar; brief stakeholders; route for review; publish on time
  • Create short-form social copy, long-form thought leadership, and narratives for key launches and milestones
  • Repurpose hero content into snackable assets (threads, carousels, newsletter snippets, web modules)
  • Contribute to the overall messaging strategy for the brand and related products
  • Own day-to-day website updates in WordPress (new pages, posts, landing modules, accessibility checks)
  • Keep content accurate and current (case studies, newsroom, careers, product pages); QA links and UX flows
  • Maintain content and asset libraries; enforce documentation so teams can find what they need fast
  • Address inbound inquiries across online channels
  • Monitor website and social media performance using available analytics (traffic, top pages, inquiry volume, follower growth, engagement rate)
  • Apply basic SEO hygiene, monitor key terms and page health of website and social media accounts
  • Support event comms: abstracts, speaker briefs, booth messaging, social/email promotion, and post-event recaps
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels
  • Generate impactful marketing assets
  • Maintain seamless communication with external and internal teams
