Requirements

  • Currently pursuing/recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree (marketing, communications, healthcare, business, law or similar fields)
  • Strong communication skills in English; Nordic languages are a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage time effectively
  • Curious, positive, and willing to learn — attitude matters more than years of experience
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating across functions and geographies
  • Interested in healthcare, marketing, events, and commercial work

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of marketing and educational events across the Nordics
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and compliance processes for events, launches, and training
  • Create and update presentations, collateral, and internal materials together with the Product Manager
  • Gather and analyze market and competitive data to support commercial decision-making
  • Assist with tenders, pricing tasks, territory mapping, spreadsheet analysis, and other marketing admin
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams across Europe
