Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize digital assets to support events and workshops promotion including social media content, microsites and other marketing collateral
  • Contribute creativity and expertise to drive GA's holistic marketing plan, working with the team to take ideas for new events, workshops, and local campaigns from concept stage through to launch
  • Event Execution: Help manage preliminary arrangements for events (currently hosted online), from identifying possible speakers, writing enticing and effective event blurbs, setting up events’ pages to identifying new and effective channels to market events
  • Instructors & Speakers Sourcing: Help identify possible instructors and speakers who have the right experience and expertise as well as embrace similar values as GA’s to lead short workshops and speak at community events
  • Social media management: Create effective designs for marketing collateral and content as well as manage incoming customer messages for social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to elevate GA’s brand and overall visibility
  • Customer Service Inbox Management: Act as the first line of communication with the public through monitoring customer service inbox and responding and assisting promptly
  • Data Management: Help with administrative tasks to help the Marketing team better and more efficiently organize and evaluate efforts and campaigns
