Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable field
First professional experience in marketing, event management, or project management—ideally in an international environment or the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
Strong organizational skills, high accuracy, and an independent, structured approach to work
Confident and professional manner when dealing with internal and external partners
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities efficiently

Responsibilities

Planning, organizing, and executing national and international congresses and events
Coordination of logistics, materials, and service providers
Supporting budget planning and control as well as event follow-up
Participating in selected customer events
Organizational management of remote and in-person seminars
Coordination with internal subject matter experts, speakers, and external partners
Coordinating and processing sponsorship requests in consultation with Marketing and Compliance
Maintaining internal documentation and processes
Communicating with external partners, associations, and event organizers
Interface with external agencies, graphic design and event partners
Briefing, project coordination, and quality control of agency services
Tracking projects through to final implementation
Support and coordination of the internal approval tool for marketing materials
Support for administrative marketing projects within the Central Europe cluster
Organization and documentation of internal coordination processes
