Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and have at least one year of experience in a marketing role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with email marketing strategies and experience with creative asset management are also desired.
The Marketing Coordinator will maintain accuracy of community pages on brand websites, customize ad templates for local markets, create and distribute email marketing strategies, order and manage creative assets, develop and distribute community brochures and collateral, provide community-level marketing materials, conduct audits of community presentations, track and process invoices, coordinate and execute community events, maintain relationships with vendors, update MLS listings, and participate in field calls and marketing summits.
