Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across the global Marketing and Communications function
  • Work closely with Global Marketing & Communications team members to provide strong communications support
  • Manage and evolve Communications style guidance as well as routine reporting documents
  • Support the global content / editorial team and media relations team; gathering and tracking metrics and supporting the function’s global events calendar
  • Create and coordinate content and posting for the Company’s public website and support intranet and social media channels as needed
  • Contribute to building visual imagery and support presentation needs
  • Contribute to engaging, high quality content that communicates AIG’s initiatives and progress across all areas of this role’s responsibilities, as applicable
  • Support planning, logistics, content development and successful execution of internal Purpose and Values related events for Corporate Communications deliverables
  • Help coordinate the organization’s internal and external communications, and related event initiatives
  • Support the creation of content (written and digital assets) and update communication channels to support the function’s priorities and cross-channel workflow
