Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and support across Digital, Technology, & Distribution (DT&D) segment plus Digital and Commercial functional teams for recruitment marketing across Students & Graduates, Production, Management & Support talent acquisition
  • Manage digital material creation (e.g., LinkedIn, flyers) and physical material creation (e.g., buttons, tickets, t-shirts, billboards, banners) for segment talent acquisition
  • Handle all brand approvals, visualizations of key messages, and recruitment communications for segment talent acquisition (TA)
  • Run external paid media marketing campaigns, including stakeholder meetings, proposal submissions, and partnerships with internal and external vendors through implementation
  • Provide communications support across talent acquisition team with creation of materials, graphics, videos, and recruiter playbook
  • Act as the point of contact for segment on projects and partnerships with centralized enterprise brand and social media teams
  • Support marketing and promotion efforts by coordinating logistics, providing creative input, and acting as a liaison for creative suppliers and internal industry teams
  • Provide recommendations and consultative approach to TA Partners for campaigns and marketing efforts for hiring
  • Work with various Caterpillar teams on marketing and promotion projects
  • Manage the process of measuring impact of marketing campaigns and communicating those metrics
  • Update and develop relevant metrics dashboards for leadership and use this knowledge to review and help guide media plans
  • Administer and manage Enterprise Brand Analysis and consult with brand and industry teams on the use of that data to guide marketing messaging
  • Conduct market/competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
  • Monitor metrics to review the effectiveness of existing marketing tactics and benchmark talent intelligence to stay ahead of candidate desires
  • Maintain effective communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to changing business targets
