Requirements

  • Work closely with the Head of Consumer Marketing to assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy
  • Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans (both offline and online) for products and services
  • Serve as a brand & marketing steward, ensuring brand alignment with vision and purpose
  • Support the development of a marketing strategy deck and analyze/report on campaign performance and efficiency
  • Oversee administrative deliverables related to consumer marketing project management
  • Support the creation and execution of visually compelling digital marketing assets for social media, web, and campaigns
  • Design graphics, layouts, and visual elements aligning with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Edit video content for digital channels (short-form/long-form videos, reels, stories)
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to brainstorm and deliver creative concepts
  • Ensure creative deliverables meet quality standards and are optimized for platforms/audiences (especially Gen Z)
  • Stay current with design and video trends, applying new techniques to enhance engagement
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects for design and video production
  • Ability to lead and direct creative work, handle simple creative production tasks independently
  • Project leadership, direction, and strong communication skills (especially for client-related projects)
