Candidates should possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and fluency in both English and Spanish is required. They must also demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities.
The Marketing & Communication Apprentice will support market research activities, including conducting competitive analysis and gathering customer insights. They will collaborate with the marketing/sales team to develop promotional materials and engaging content, assist in digital marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns and website content management, and track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize strategies. Additionally, the apprentice will support internal teams and stay updated on industry trends to contribute to overall marketing effectiveness.
