The position is remote/field-based within Atlanta, GA, as part of the Commercial Construction Field Sales team.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields is required (relevant construction field experience could substitute), plus 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record, and prior management/team leadership experience preferred.
The role involves developing, coaching, and mentoring the team of Trade Specialists to achieve KPIs, conducting monthly work-withs for training and motivation, ensuring product and sales skills training, and maintaining communication with the Regional Market Manager.
