Physical ability to travel at least 50% of the month within territory assignment
Proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Experience with SalesForce, PowerBI, Showpad Coach or other CRM/sales optimization system (preferred)
Must pass MVR & Drug Test
Responsibilities
Support National and Regional strategic plans to achieve individual and team top-line sales targets
Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners through product and services solutions
Develop, coach, and mentor the team of Trade Specialists reporting directly to you to achieve KPIs, deliverables, and targets, including guidance on end-user development (e.g., who to contact such as trade associations, safety personnel, engineers, etc., and how they execute the purchasing process)
Complete effective “work withs” monthly at a minimum with the end goal of training, developing, and motivating the team to take market share
Ensure team has appropriate product and sales skills training by working with the Regional Field Trainer and directly facilitating training on product demonstrations, applications, and sales process steps
Act as the local product line expert for all lines
Act as a liaison between your team of Trade Specialists and other internal teams (e.g., local IC Field Account Managers, NAMs, Channel Marketing, Trade Association Managers)
Maintain daily communication lines with the Regional Market Manager on business and employee opportunities and risks
