Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of impactful medical education programs focused on patient safety in Blood Oxygen Management, personalised anaesthesia, and connected solutions
  • Engage underserved stakeholders — both clinical (nurses, clinicians) and non-clinical (biomed, procurement) — with tailored education
  • Build partnerships with professional societies, KOLs, and hospital educators to position ACM technologies as standard of care
  • Drive access to innovations in underpenetrated areas
  • Shape the pathway for cerebral oximetry expansion into new clinical segments, balancing market expansion with commercial readiness
  • Use strategic account and pathway experience to influence adoption models beyond product features, addressing healthcare system-wide needs
  • Partner closely with the RSMs, Clinical Specialists & Account Managers to support positioning, ensuring sales teams are enabled with the right tools, and added value messages for success
  • Bring a solutions-oriented lens to new market projects, aligning product value with broader care pathways and hospital priorities
