Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, production engineering, or a related role in the semiconductor or electronics industry
Strong understanding of system-level and functional testing methodologies
Experience working with ASIC design and software teams to develop and execute testing strategies
Proven ability to architect production line setups, including end-to-end flow design and capacity planning, in collaboration with ODMs
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methods for optimizing test time, yield, and throughput
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience with server-level testing and diagnostics
Familiarity with automation tools and techniques for production lines

Responsibilities

Design and implement test stations for system-level testing and full server burn-in testing
Develop diagnostic tests for comprehensive product functional testing
Create detailed test plans for efficient production line flow
Collaborate with ODMs to design end-to-end production line flow
Optimize test time, yield, and coverage for efficient scaling
Analyze test data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements
Develop and refine throughput models to meet production demands
