Starting pay with shift premium is £36,902.32 for the 5-day shift pattern and £40,126.32 for the 7-day pattern. After qualifying into level 2 pay, it increases to £40,436.24 for 5-day and £43,660.24 for 7-day shifts.

This role is based on-site at the Manchester Plant in Trafford Park.

The role requires individuals who show leadership potential, embrace change, and can demonstrate working effectively as part of a team to deliver high quality results. Technicians will operate, maintain, run, and troubleshoot complex process technologies on production lines.
