  • 5 x GCSEs including Maths & English Language & Science/Technology at Grade 9-4

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 4-year Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship, including initial training in the Manufacturing Operations Training Facility
  • Study 1 day per week at Wigan and Leigh College while completing manufacturing placements
  • Work in manufacturing placements such as Printed Electrical Circuit Manufacturing, Clean Room Assembly Processes, Cable Manufacturing, Missile Assembly, Integration and Test, and Calibration & Maintenance
  • Contribute to the Assembly, Integration and Test of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Work with Engineers and operations teams to deliver products to customers, maintaining build integrity through specialist work
  • Adhere to shift patterns, potentially starting as early as 7am on a regular basis at the Bolton site
