5 x GCSEs including Maths & English Language & Science/Technology at Grade 9-4

Responsibilities

Participate in a 4-year Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship, including initial training in the Manufacturing Operations Training Facility
Study 1 day per week at Wigan and Leigh College while completing manufacturing placements
Work in manufacturing placements such as Printed Electrical Circuit Manufacturing, Clean Room Assembly Processes, Cable Manufacturing, Missile Assembly, Integration and Test, and Calibration & Maintenance
Contribute to the Assembly, Integration and Test of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Work with Engineers and operations teams to deliver products to customers, maintaining build integrity through specialist work
Adhere to shift patterns, potentially starting as early as 7am on a regular basis at the Bolton site
