Internships are paid with monthly base salaries varying by degree type and year: Undergraduate Business/Non-Technical ranges from $3,600 (Freshman) to $4,250 (Senior); Undergraduate Engineering/Technical from $4,000 (Freshman) to $4,700 (Senior); Graduate Business/Non-Technical Senior at $5,000; and Graduate Engineering/Technical Senior at $5,500.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Engineering, Sciences, Technology or Business; have previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing); proven leadership experience; technical aptitude; and strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
